Farewell Dinner for H.E. Nobuhito Hobo, Ambassador for Japan

“A farewell dinner to honor His Excellency Nobuhito Hobo, Ambassador for Japan & Patron, Lanka Japan Friendship Society, was organized by the following organizations at the Grand Ballroom - Hotel Galadari on 21st May 2015 On the eve of his departure from Sri Lanka, after completing nearly 4 years of his term of office:

  1. - Sri Lanka Japan Business Co-operation Committee (SLJBCC)
  2. - Lanka Japan Friendship Society (LJFS)
  3. - SASAKAWA Trust
  4. - JICA Alumni Association of Sri Lanka
  5. - Japanese Graduates’ Alumni Association of Sri Lanka (JAGGAS)
The formal sit-down dinner which was preceded by cocktails, was well attended. The organizing committee was headed by LJFS Vice Patron Mr. Daya Weththasinghe who is also President of the SLJBCC. ”
